JBF (Jysk Barberblad-Fabrik A/S) develops and manufactures the Triumph brand of scrapers and blade scrapers. Triumph scrapers for cleaning are a vital addition to a window’s cleaners arsenal, quickly removing dirt, paint, tape, stickers, and so on. And JBF has been making window cleaning scrapers for over 40 years.

JBF’s factory was originally founded in 1930 in Logsotr, Denmark, but moved to Aalbork, Denmark, a few years later. It was here that JBF produced and marketed traditional razor blades exclusively until 1970, when they began producing professional scrapers as well. That’s also when the company, needing more space and moved to a newer, larger facility at Mineralvej 19 in Aalborg, where it still operates today. In 1985, the factory switched to producing scrapers and blades of industrial purposes only.

In the early 2000s, two former employees – Morten Thomsen and Margi Sigaard – took over the company. Both Thomsen, who handles logistics, and Sigaard, who overseas sales and administration, have many years of experience in handling the company’s challenges and managing its daily operations.

Through many years of communicating with end users, JBF has developed a strong understanding and insights into what users need in terms of daily use. JBF’s tools are designed with a focus on functionality – through their extra wide blade, the angle, and the handle/grip – that distinguishes their products from the competitions’.

JBF’s products are sharp, which is why the company is committed to creating tools that focus on user safety. The scrapers’ double-ground blades are safely stored in the handle’s blade holder. When not being used, the safety cap clicks on quickly and easily, allowing for safe handling and storage.

Finally, JBF also focuses on quality – which means that their tools not only last for a long time, they are effective and easy to use. The Triumph scraper’s handles provide a good grip, making it effective and comfortable to work with for long periods and in challenging condition. The scrapers are also made from quality materials using reputable manufacturing practices. JBF also constantly seeks user input to ensure the products are meeting their needs and expectations.

JBF scrapers come in many different models, with a blade length of up to 150 mm, and are available in both stainless and carbon steel. Triumph scrapers include a non-slip and ergonomic design in 3", 5" or 6" variables. Choose from Z40, Champion, MK2 and heavy duty designs. Some models will also fit on standard extension poles. Replacement covers and inserts are also available.
