My Order Never Arrived...
The Tracking shows delivered but my package isn’t here:
There are two reasons your package may be showing delivered but it’s not on your doorstep.
1. It’s possible our shipping carriers may have gotten it wrong. Double check the tracking to make sure it says delivered and confirm the address it was sent to. Take a peek outside, did it end up at your neighbor’s or did the delivery driver leave it in a weird spot? If you still can’t locate your package, give us a call for additional help.
2. If it’s been less than 24 hours, just give it another day. Some carriers like to note packages as delivered even though they’re still on their way. If it’s been more than 24 hours, give us a call.
The Tracking stopped moving:
We hate when this happens just as much as you do. Sometimes carriers lose packages or they get misplaced. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to get your package moving again so you can get your stuff.
Only Part of My Order Arrived...
Step 1, don’t panic! Sometimes orders get split into multiple boxes. This happens when we don’t have something in stock, or it may be shipping direct from the manufacturer to get to you faster. We always try to send out an email to let you know when this will happen.
Did you get a Backorder notice in your email or spam folder?
1. Yes I did. Great! Does it match the missing items? If so, just have some patience with us, your stuff should be arriving soon.
2. No I didn’t. Shucks, we’re sorry to hear that. Did you happen to check your spam folder? Sometimes our emails end up there. If you didn’t get an email, give us a call. We’ll figure out if your item is on backorder or what went wrong.
My Order Arrived Damaged...
Oh man, we hate when that happens. Can you take pictures and fill out this form so we can get started on getting this fixed? You can also give us a call and we’ll give you another way to submit photos.
My Order Arrived Wrong...
We HATE when we get it wrong, but it does occasionally happen. We try to triple check every order that goes out so this happens as little as possible. We will get you the correct product you ordered out ASAP. To move this along at record speed, simply take a picture of the incorrect product and what you received and fill out this form so we can send you out the correct product. You can also give us a call and we’ll give you another way to submit photos.
I Want to Cancel My Order...
My order hasn’t shipped yet.
Okay, we can definitely help you cancel your order. Call us immediately at 862-266-0677 so we can catch it before your package starts on its journey to you.
My order has already shipped.
It’s okay, just wait for your package to arrive and then give us a call. We’ll help you get set up to send it back and be refunded. Just keep in mind for any returns, you are responsible for shipping costs. You can complete the form below to start the process.
I Want to Add Items my Order...
Unfortunately, whether it shipped or not, it’s too late to make any changes. We can't add items to any order that has already been placed. You do have two options though. If you call us immediately, we can cancel your original order, refund it, and you are welcome to place a new order with all of your desired items. Keep in mind refunds can still take anywhere from 5-10 days. Keep in mind, that any order over $49 will ship free anyway so if your desired item(s) is above that free shipping threshold, just go ahead and place your new order, you’ll still get free shipping.
I Ordered Something On Accident,
Can You Remove It?
My order already shipped.
Unfortunately, it’s too late to remove the item. When you receive the item, feel free to return it. Just contact us for an RMA.
My order hasn’t Shipped.
We can definitely help you. Call us as soon as you can so we make sure your order doesn’t leave our warehouse. We can remove the item from your order and refund you for it.
I Want to Return Something from my Order...
It’s within 90 days of receiving it.
It’s new and UNUSED - Great! We can definitely help you. We’re sorry this didn’t measure up to your expectations, but we’re happy to take it back. You can either fill out this form or give us a call to get the process started. Keep in mind that you are responsible for any shipping costs involved when sending it back if it wasn’t our error.
I’ve used it already - Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on used items. You can still reach out to us to find out if there was a warranty on the item you purchased if there is an issue with it being damaged.
It’s past 90 days.
We’re sorry but we have to limit returns to 90 days from receiving it.
When will my refund be processed?
Most refunds are typically processed the same day, but your bank may take up to 5 - 10 days to show the funds. However, most people do see funds in 2 - 3 days.
