If you’re unsatisfied with your new Window Cleaning Supplies, you can return them to us for a full refund. You can return any new, unopened items purchased, no questions asked. Contact us within 90 days of delivery or complete the form on this page to start the return process. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, we will issue you a full refund of the product(s).

STEP 1: If you don’t like an item and want to return it contact us for a return authorization number or fill out the form on this page. We will provide you with an RMA# to include with your return. You can also call 862-266-0677 or Email us.

STEP 2: Ship the product back to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Our return address will be noted in the RMA email. You are responsible for shipping costs unless it is an error on our part. Items returned should be in their original product packaging in an unused condition. Please include your contact info and RMA# inside the package so we can process your refund immediately.

Warranties

Window Cleaning Resource guarantees the products you buy will be in top-notch condition. If a product fails in the first 90 days of your purchase, we will issue you a replacement immediately.

To move a warranty claim forward please fill out the form on this page. Be sure to include pictures and be descriptive. Also, please note that the warranty is non-transferable, and cannot be honored if damage is the result in misuse of equipment.

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return any original priced item for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Items being returned must be NEW and UNUSED.

  • How do I start the return process?

    If you don’t like an item and want to return it contact us by either email or phone for a return authorization number or fill out this form. We will provide you with an RMA# to include with your return.

  • Am I responsible for shipping a return back to you?

    Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs (unless it is an error on our part). Items returned should be in their original product packaging and in an unused condition. You can use any carrier that is cheapest: UPS, FedEx or USPS.

  • How will my money be credited to me for a return?

    Any refunds issued will be credited back to the same form of payment you used on the initial order. At this time, we do not offer store credit.

  • How long will my refund for a return take?

    After we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it is unused and we will then issue you a refund. Refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, though usually sooner.

  • Where do I send my return to?

    The return address will be outlined in the RMA email you will receive. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA#. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and obtaining an RMA # as that will delay the refund process.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to return the item, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment you used on the initial order. Then, if you would like to purchase the item again, you would need to create a new order.

  • Are any items not eligible for return?

    Any items acquired through our financing or leasing programs are not eligible for a return.

We'll accept returns from any major competitors within 90 days of purchase, as long as the item is new and unused. Start the process by filling out the form.
