The XERO Warranty

Note that the XERO warranty is non-transferable. You must be the ORIGINAL owner of the pole to be eligible to submit a warranty. In addition, damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or intentional abuse are not covered under the warranty terms. We reserve the right to refuse/deny any warranty claim for any reason.

Please note that we can NOT cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the USA. If you are located outside of the United States, we can cover the parts and send them to you but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out.

The XERO warranty covers all parts of the system for twelve years, except for the RO membrane. This warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the system is modified. 

We won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over or breakage in transit. The warranty will only cover defective parts due to normal wear and tear which is something we will determine when evaluating your warranty form submission. Rusted parts caused by chemicals are not included in the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse/deny any warranty claim for any reason..
