There is a twelve-year warranty on clamps and a twelve-year warranty on all XERO Poles, regardless of whether it is standard Carbon Fiber, High Mod or Ultra High Mod. Need technical help? Issues are typically rare but if you are having a problem with your XERO Pole, you can always submit a warranty form or get in touch with us. Please keep in mind you must be the ORIGINAL owner of the pole to be eligible to submit a warranty, your information must match the original order placed with us. We have a dedicated staff of waterfed pole specialists waiting to help. We will personally make sure the problem is fixed. We will get back to you as quickly as possible once you fill out a warranty form so you can be up and working in the field again.
