Does this check only flow or current TDS?
This device only measures the flow rate of your system. You can install an Inline TDS Meter on your waterfed tubing that measures your TDS in real time.

Is this device able to reset the current number?
Yes, this device is able to be reset, and each one comes with a small manual with instructions to do so based on which mode you are in.
