About the XERO V16 Digital Pump Controller

Take full control of your water fed pump with the XERO V16 Digital Pump Controller. Designed for precision and efficiency, this controller allows you to adjust your pump’s flow rate anywhere from 0% to 100%, delivering the output you need for any job.

PolarityProtect - The V16 is protected against incorrect wiring. If connected improperly, the unit simply won’t function. Once rewired correctly, it recovers automatically without sustaining damage.

Installation:

Connect Controller Wires:

• Attach the brown wire from the controller to the red wire on the pump.
• Attach the blue wire from the controller to the black wire on the pump.

Install the Fuse Holder:

• Place the fuse holder near the battery end of the red wire.
• Cut the red wire and insert both ends into the fuse holder.
• Use pliers to close and hold securely.

Connect to Battery:

• Attach the black wire to the negative battery terminal.
• Attach the red wire to the positive battery terminal.

Insert the Fuse:

• Only insert the fuse after all wiring connections are complete.

Controller Operation:

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
• Adjust Flow Rate: Press the up button to increase flow and the down button to decrease it.
