The insert of this pole tip measures at 3/4" and fits most poles.

Will it fit Libman 16 foot pole?
Hello there! The Pulex Pole Tip is designed to fit almost all poles. We do not sell the Libman pole so unfortunately I would not be able to know for 100% sure. I do however recommend the XERO Carbon Fiber Trad Pole 2.0. This lightweight carbon fiber trad pole can even be converted into a beginner's water fed pole, if desired.
