About the Pulex Complete Stutzy Swivel Squeegee
The Pulex Stutzy Swivel Complete Squeegee, with the Stutzy Swivel Handle, has a quick release that is designed to allow you to change your rubber without having the channel fall out. The swivel allows you to reach awkward angles with ease. Choose which Aluminum channel in a variety of sizes, will complete your perfect squeegee. The Aluminum channel comes with a pre-loaded strip of Pulex rubber.

Does the handle have a swivel lock or does it have a tightening screw?
The Pulex Complete Stutzy Swivel Squeegee functions very similarly to a Sörbo Swivel or Maykker swivel T-Bar, so it does not lock.
