About the F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner
F9 Groundskeeper is a high-performance concrete maintenance cleaner that continues to brighten the surface and deep clean each time it is used. It is ideal for commercial properties like restaurant entrances and high-traffic areas. Easily remove contaminants with this biodegradable and phosphate-free formula. Use F9 Groundskeeper after the initial degreasing, pre-cleaning, or hot water washing when the topical oil stains are at or beneath the surface of the concrete.
Unlike high-pH products, surfaces will stay cleaner longer. This industrial-grade formula will make concrete pop by removing tire marks, soil, and grime. When new and unopened, F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner has a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, that shelf life gets cut in half to approximately one year.

How to Use F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner:
- Wet concrete, so it's damp and not puddling.
- Spray on at a 10:1 to 20:1 ratio.
- Agitate bad oil stains/bad areas if needed.
- Dwell for a minimum of 2 minutes and surface clean.
- Hot water preferred, cold water ok.

Will the run off kill freshly sewed grass?
Since this product contains Hydrochloric acid, it would harm the grass. When using this product around plants, it is important to rinse them down with fresh water thoroughly to prevent harm. This process will unfortunately rinse the grass seed away, so we cannot recommend this product until the grass has grown in.

Do you need a Hot water pressure washer for the double eagle or groundskeeper to work? Or would a cold water machine still work with this product to remove motor oil from parking garage floor. Thank you in advance!
Hot water is not necessary but will work better than cold water. For oil on concrete we would recommend Double Eagle.
