Both active and retired first responders can apply. This includes firefighters, law enforcement officers, 911 dispatchers, and emergency medical technicians. Please submit proper ID below which can include identification cards, signed verification letters, paystubs, etc. Your document must include your name and/or position/job title. Retired first responders can submit a retired ID card/badge, pension statement or certificate of retirement. Expired IDs will not be accepted for first responder verification.
