So I pull up on a job site and my crew leader Quentin comes out grinning and laughing. Customer handed him a sledgehammer to use on the windows because several of his windows are hard to open.

Sledgehammer was standard gear for EVERY residential window cleaner back in the day. Seriously! If you didn’t have one you were nothing but an unskilled amateur charging people to clean their windows. Best way to open stuck shut wooden windows. Back in the 1970’s and before.

Much better customer than the ones who try to help and just get in the freaking way when your flipping shower glass over your head in a small bathroom.
