Walgreens bid

Be curious to know if this is through an NSP ?

Yes it is Mike.

National Service Provider.

Normally there are no time restrictions.

National Service Provider, the peeps cuttin you the check. If its not “wallgreens corp”, but a 3rd party, its an NSP. Do so.e research on “NSP” on yhe forum. Not much good is said about them, most seem to refuse to want to deal with them.

Shelving is weak, i would not lean any thing against 30k+ of merchandise…

No there not.

Good advice! Thats easiest way to do them.
First time cleans are the most time consuming, after that its easy breezy!

If ya use window cleaning ladders ( sectionals ). You don’t have to lean anything on the shelving :+1:

A friend in town (who got me started years ago) was doing 3 or 4 Walgreens until they switched over to a NSP. He’s been doing Windows for over 20 years.

Once they took over, they called him and offered to sub contract him for half of what he has been charging. He said no, of course.

So they asked “What would you be willing to do it for?’” And He said, “Uh…the price I already was doing it for.” Like, what a hilarious question.

Anyways, a few months later he ran into the GM of one of the stores and they told him they had to pay the NSP more than they paid him, but the quality was way down. Because, of course, the NSP is farming it out cheap.

It’s not that NSPs can’t work out. I have one that I really like, and one other that I like well enough for it to work. Beyond those two, though, I’ve not been impressed with the others I’ve come across.

A friend of mine is friends with the NSP and does a lot of work for him. He has nothing but positive things to say. No problem getting paid fast. As far as price goes, I’ll quote them something fair and if it’s too high I’ll be glad I didn’t get it. He came to me so I figure it’s worth a shot.

Ladders?
Would there be an issue with an indoor watefed and exterior waterfed. Have the squeegee do some quick work on the head height windows. Using a gooseneck watered over the shelfs.

Yes !! I hope you get them. Good luck

there is a lot of work in each store so it would be a nice account , an being that there only going 2x a year I’m sure you could find a way to get them all done

When you get them look for other window cleaners you could reach out to … to do the ones way out of your area. Then when they get things in your area they will return the favor… Hopefully !!

How did you do them? I like to know what you came up with.
