What’s the smallest size pane of glass that these machines can remove scratches on?
Well, the part of the machine that does the polishing is a piece of felt about 3 inches in diameter. And around the felt polisher is what is called a shroud that holds a vacuum that keeps the machine on the window. That shroud is about 6 inches in diameter. Little hard to explain threw text… check these links out.
