Just one suggestion. While shopping for an insurance hey would have me answer bunch of questions before give me a quote. I particularly remember that some of them asked me if I would restore glass, which really made me alert about the procedure. My understanding is that some guys tried to do it and got burned on it and used their insurance for it.
I would stay away from the procedure, at least, until I had enough training under my belt. But, this is my personal opinion. Good luck with your idea and try to get A LOT of practice before going in a big way.
