Please, please, please set your rates fairly. I just agreed to do a $285 housewash for $125 today (I’m guessing the other “pro” I had to bid against is from Candler, LOL)
Seriously though, let’s get together and talk shop one of these days. I truly think our area is about to blow up, so we (the TRUE Pros) need to be ready and on the same page so the tweakers and shiesters don’t give us all a bad name. Plus, I get a lot of calls for the Waynesville area and I don’t really care to travel that far (I’m in Mills River, so I get all the work I need in H’ville, A’ville and Brevard) and I’d like to have someone to send those people to.
