Do you talk like this to people in real life or is it only an internet thing?

You’re very rude.

It is entirely possible to deliver constructive criticism without sounding offensive. Please be cool to your fellow forum members.

I agree. The company I work for has spend untold money training us and developing a culture of “constructive” criticism. Huge difference between being constructive and destructive. It’s amazing that some people just don’t get that, especially on the internet. If you can’t figure out how to be cool with people online then you likely won’t reach your potential as a business owner where fostering trust with your stakeholders is key.

I think you might have found a different page? Mine is “supersparklewindow.com
Mine

So, a few adjustments. Might even keep my friend T settled down for the time being.
Between work, dog, and life, I will tinker some more.

You’ve a lot of wasted space at the top of the page - maybe try fiverr.com for a logo re-design & try to minimize the height of the header so visitors see the main page content quicker…

Definitely keep Schultzy. (" yeah, how come nobody’s mentioned me? I’m like, the best part of the whole experience…")

That’s my only input.

I agree with this, but I don’t think it would be a deal breaker either. I think it far and above a lot of the “websites” offered by my competition locally. It looks like you’ve put effort into it instead of just having a very basic online presence and it is easy to read.

Dude, there’s a way to say things where you can convey the same meaning with a different wording without being a jerk. Ever heard of tactfulness? You’re so passive aggressive it’s not even funny. It’s never you but always everyone else who has the problem. Seeing your video on your website, I think most would think you’re a nice guy but on here, sheesh, learn to talk to people. We’re your peers, not your bros, so stop talking to people like we’re your high school friends from ten years ago. Be professional on and offline and learn to talk better to all of us because when you need help or ask a question, people are not going to provide you with any sort of guidance whatsoever.

@Garry provides great insight on a regular basis so it’s annoying to see you being so unpleasant towards someone who has tried to help you on several occasions.

Little man, I didn’t get butt hurt. Just because I express my displeasure with your simpleton attitude does not make me butt hurt.
Constructive criticism and ideas or thoughts are far and beyond more helpful than boyhood aggression.

Yes, I see that too. My learning curve on the page builder is part to blame for that. I’ll get it tweaked, then worry about the optimizing.

@Garry you have several suggestions above so i’ll limit mine.
personally i would not use the photo of the guy on the ladder. i’m pretty sure it violates safety standards i have usually read not to stand above 3rd rung from the top.
not saying i’m perfect in the ladder safety department i cannot get on and off a roof in the recommended way but if was bidding against you and saw that on a flyer in the customers home i would be sure to point out to them the danger involved. and if i were looking for a contractor i would not be interested in safety shortcuts. gl

like every one has said you need to learn to use tact in your responses. For the most part i try not to respond to your post but when you are crapping on a long time member who is always friendly with every one including you, i cant help myself.

I appreciate that, but look again, he is not on the ladder. He used the ladder to get to the roof overhang and is standing off to the side of the ladder cleaning the window from the roof.

hmmm i’m going to the site link above and this is what i see:

dat’s funny :joy:

Hey Garry im sure you’ll end up with a great site. I would give some suggestions but everyone beat me to them. Cant wait to see the finished site.

@Tgrove28 man have some tact when you talk to people.
