This guy is based in California. I think Heās taking on these large national companies, saying he can be there one stop shop for window cleaning but doesnāt have franchises or anyone to actually do the work nation wide, so he tries to sub. At least thatās what I got from the deal.
And heās leaving voicemails soliciting you subcontracting for him at his price?

Ive worked with TNT and they werent that bad. It was actually the companies getting the service who were a pain. Constantly discontinuing/resuming.
But TNT actually sent checks for work not even performed - like $130 worth. MULTIPLE TIMES, lol.
I had to call and tell the AP girl numerous times that they keep sending me money for work I didnt do.

I would never do business with outfits like this. I guess I could see working with a local janitorial outfit if the money was good but not some national outfit calling from the blue. Forget that.

Yes. He got the Tillys accounts An he low balled the shit out of them. I did it for him 2 months ago 30 a wash. He didnāt pay me yet. He just sent me s bunch of paper work to fill out. w-9 he wants certificate if insurance with him as additional insured. Independent contractors agreement. Ya da ya da ya da.
I was getting 50 a wash I clean the stuff right next store so I figured screw it, but now that he didnāt pay me Iām not even answering his stupid demands
I donāt deal with many of these jerky national companies , presently Iām doin one other job for Avid floor maintenance. There the best ā¦pay good, An pay on time

Got my check from Mr. Windows. Donāt want leave it out there that he doesnāt pay.
