So I was contacted by a customer who wanted to get her mother a gift, the gift was windows cleaned inside and out, Problem was she never told her mother what the gift was just that it was a surprise, ( which was a surprise to me).
She was not prepared for the windows to be cleaned the day that her duaghter booked it in, long story short. Had to rebook the job for a day that was convienient to her…however she also booked in for a house wash as well.
