If you get a good one which I would define as
quality people (hopefully bigger than you)
Consistent but not overwhelming on your time

Here is my issue. At my core I love building relationships so I waste my time and theirs asking “how are the kids” when they know I care about them. Keep it focused

Hi Dave,

I have been working on such a thing for several years now. The reason for the Glass Smart Facebook Group. Through this forum and the FB Groups I have met up with some really incredible people such as you describe here. When I have a question I will either call one of them or email. This is definitely a very powerful tool.
