Snobby? Nah I just know what my time and skill is worth. I’ve been cleaning windows for 10 years now, I know a little bit I think.
Texting a customer isn’t something I would do, especially when I’m trying to book a job or explain the scope of work to a prospect. The customer is not my bro and we aren’t friends, so a phone call during my business hours is what they get.

You can really tell who the new guys are, they all have a certain attitude that’s just distinguishable from everyone else; they’re new so I accept it for what it is, I was there once too.
@Wallywindow feel free to take close-up pic’s and post them, or see for yourself when you get inside. I live in Ft Wayne, IN and I’m yet to see true divided-light panes with lines that clean, without storm windows, on a modern manufacture home…
Srsly, find one, take a picture, and post it, I’d love to see it; because $20 in gas wouldn’t cover my trip over there

Ok , so as a whole what was linked and circled by @Garry that is one window, that contains many panes each are considered as a cut up… so your charging $20 per pane/cut up? or per whole window?
Haha…As you must know, it is sketchy at best to master the art of hiding winks and nods in a text message as opposed to conversational facial expressions, tone, and other body language. Pretty much a 50/50 shot there.
Perhaps the Moderators will view it that way. It is unfortunate, but fairly recently a few have abused the Forum Rules and made it a contentious place to visit. Slow and steady wins in the world of written intention.

I’m still new to this and idk how you guys “quote” things or certain parts but Thanks for clarifying that I didn’t really know what cut up meant. But yes I mean $20 per cut up. There is 7 unique oddly shaped panes per “cut up” so for each one of those “cut up’s” or “cluster” I charged $20, and there was 9 of them on the house
