What do you guys think anything i am missing?
I don’t normally provide quite that much information. When giving a RFP or RFQ, the agency will give you a copy of the specs and documentation to provide.
When dealing with a corporate customer, I give them a cover letter, detail summary of the service to be provided, the cost, and copies of my legals. I usually include a line that references can be provided upon request. I try to keep things simple and concise. If they like my proposal, we will work out all the details when preparing the agreement or contract.
I try to submit as few pages as I can. Sometimes, people won’t look for anything but the price at the first viewing
