Following up with customers

When you guys follow up do you guys do it with email or so you call them by phone?

I tend to text unless they prefer calls or email.

I generally email them around the 24-hour mark (especially if I have not heard back from them) and I say something along the lines of, “I am just checking in to ensure that you received our quote and ask when we can put you on the schedule.” I use Joist and it notifies me when they have opened the email (that is why I send quote via email and not text).
