really interesting points

Meh.

Nail gun vs hammer.
Drill vs screw driver.
Circular saw vs hand saw.
Crescent wrench vs sockets.

Are we the only trade that doesn’t recognize that different tools are for different situations? Use what you like and what you can afford.

I used that analogy with my brother in law a couple of weeks ago who owns a property management company in Silverthorne, CO. One of the guys he uses for window cleaning says WFP is junk. After watching that guy stand on the top rung of a 32 ft; my bro in law said I don’t care if it’s junk at least it will keep you safe!

That’s the stuff I’m talking about,
Many of us learned and worked for years traditional. Only recently has it become somewhat affordable to have a wfp setup. Myself, I bought my first setup this year and have loved it. It saves time, energy and is much safer. But I still work traditional as well. And I have no prob with someone who chooses not to use wfp at all.

Personally, I don’t hear much debate here about it. It seems that everyone understands that it’s individual choice.

Loved the video, I hope the free pole deal is still around in march when I can make that purchase. (Winter is coming and it gets freezing here)

I don’t think it’s a debate, each has a purpose. That purpose will vary by individual.

I don’t thin it’s a debate either. It’s two camps. Those that believe in the technology and those who reject it.

Some will refuse to use a WFP because they refuse to learn.
