All employees are 40+ hours a week typically 10 months, after 30 days all get paid holidays
2nd season annually 1 week sick pay, 1 week vacation pay
unemployment typically for 2 months

year round employment ,with no let up! + keep all the tips + paid statutory holidays + at least 1 free lunch every month . if they are instrumental in getting a new customer a bonus is paid
