The most messed part about it though is it made sense to them when they sent it… reading that reminds me of that scene from Billy Maddison where the host guy had said “none of that made any sense, I feel like we are all a little more dumb having heard it”

I am in NE Ohio so I tend to clean houses In & Out in the spring and Out in the fall. But it can take time and encouragement to get the homeowner to think that way.
