@ well I think Compliance depot should put their selfās in the small business mans place its not easy and god your processes is ridiculous. Iām telling this is all going to back fire the presidential elections is getting so close you better start helping the small business or you will find your selfās out of work business owners are not going too put up with this type of road block bullshit for much longer . we are getting fed up period. if you want to really help your clients you can start by helping vendors get in . you are shutting the door on some good people. start doing the right thing
Just did a bid on an apartment complex. The manager asked me "Do you happen to be in Compliance Depot already? I said I donāt know what that is. So I Googled it and now I knowā¦lol So I wrote him back "A lot of nightmare bad reviews. Didnāt come across 1 good one. So I take it I need to pay them if I want to work for you?"
He said "The majority of the time we have to use vendors that are set up in
Compliance Depot. Not my favorite thing either but it helps us to keep
track of our vendors insurance and what not. I may have a slim chance of getting it approved without."
Someone out there needs to see this as an opportunity to start up a company to compete with these guys and run them out of business! JMO

It been awhile since I posted. Every year when my clients policyās renew, I ready myself for the annual struggle. Last year, it took 2 months (a new record) to get them "re"approved. I didnāt share last yearā¦ One property, I sent compliance depot the info seven times. I knew it was right, they refused to actually read it. Each time I emailed back why it was correct. Each time my email was ignored and it was rejected. After the SEVENTH time (of sending the exact same info), I call them and read every word of every page to them. (Half way through the guy told me I didnāt need to read it to him, I replied I did because no one there would) They then admitted it was correct. Sure would have been great if they had actually read any of my emails.

BS Compliance depot We have been denied payment after we went forward time again. We fill out the sample sheet only to get an email stating we did not fill it out properly. We call them, eventually get someone that agrees theyāre computers messed up. After employee fixes issues, around a month later same bs, rinse-repeat. Anyone want to do civil suit? I have email after email showing we abide/agree to their demands and they either state it is incorrect by robotic response and lie that they have corrected by humans. Rinse and repeat! SO F FRUSTRATED!!! We also have spoken with the heads at CD and they too blame us, until they look into itā¦ but they always start with us!

However I feel about them I will say this. One of my best hires was an eagle scout. He was 18 and came to his interview in a suit. The man would come back from college break and work every minute he could.

Anyone interested in doing a class action lawsuit on Compliance Depot? They need to be shut down. They have a D- rating with the BBB due to complaints. It kills me to have to pay them $100 per year for the sorry work they do. Iāve had my pay cut off several times because they listed my company as non compliant when it actually was in full compliance.
They need to go!! Worst company on earth.
I feel your pain. Iām sick of Compliance Depot. They say they need one thing and you ask, is that ALL YOU NEED. They say they donāt need anything else. Two days later the account is still incomplete and you find out they need something else. It goes like this sometime 4 or 5 times. They donāt communicate with you so you have no idea what the problem.
We need to close them down with a class action lawsuit. Iāve had my pay stopped several times because of them and was unable to pay my employees. They marked my account incomplete when it was in full compliance.
Help me shut them down for good.

First, I want to thank the admins of this siteā¦ this post has been a tremendous resource for finding information about ComplianceDepotās tactics. The first post in this thread was just about a decade agoā¦ and itās awesome to see new posts continue to be made, about the same, consistent, institutionalized tacticsā¦
I first started researching about Compliance Depot a few years ago, when we began having trouble complying with their requirements. I seem to remember a few lines concealed in a long thread such as this that suggested CD and a management company admitted in court proceedings they designed the compliance requirements in an effort to delay or avoid vendor payments. I also remember reading something about some other (somehow related?) insurance agency soliciting non-compliant vendors, suggesting they could offer coverage within compliance.
Iām not sure if either of these are true, perhaps it was about a different company, but would welcome direction to any past or pending litigation, court records, or complaints about CD and/or their clients.

It used to rank at the top of the page for āCompliance Depotā, but it seems that thy have done some reputation management to push this thread further into the fold.
