So let’s just say I’m very new. Like in 7 days it will be a month now. I don’t have a ton of cash and I need to buy a ladder. Is there a cheaper/free alternative to Responsibid?
Please don’t stone me to death for suggesting anything other than Responsibid because I cannot at this time afford it. I will get it in the future though.
Are you using it for your website? Do you have your pricing dialed in already? It’s based on things you have already figured out. I am going to suggest something other than Responsibid, lol (edit: sorry I thought you meant don’t suggest something other than Responsibid). Check out quoteflare.com It won’t have the email follow up like Responsibid. You might have more time to do that on your own since you probably aren’t super booked. It’s $49/month. We used it for a year before switching to Responsibid.
Any other alternative will be garbage compared to ResponsiBid!

While I definitely agree that it’s worth the money. That’s why I switched. He might not be able to swing the $180 a month ($150 I believe for WCRA members). Quoteflare does a great job for estimating.
If you’re not getting the web traffic, I’d suggest not getting anything.
Just put your prices on your website. Once you start getting regular calls from the internet-SEO, then get a quote service.

Yeah I have to agree.
There’s so many other things a new window cleaner could be doing with their time and money. As a solo guy, I really don’t see the point in it. Build a customer base with healthy human intereaction at it’s core.
Love Curt and his customer services but responsibid has not worked for us.
I know some who have used it in house for over the phone quotes but not a single person enters the correct data. in the last 5-10 days
Client entered 1 big pane of glass.
client entered 33 panes, the back side alone had 68
I could go on. I pre-pay for things in winter and do not expect to renew. Only saying this due to many times I have read amazing reviews here or on facebook, I make a purchase and end up regretting it.
