The closest Bob Evans is an hour south. Don’t have the account. I eat breakfast at them whenever I can and some of them look pretty well cared-for.

I was asked to sub a few, but we declined. The bid had gone out as a reverse auction (contractors keep lowering bid until deadline), and won by a window cleaning company for three states, I believe. We were asked if we could do weekly exterior services for $15, and in & out for 25, if I remember correctly. I don’t know if these were corporate stores, or how that works.

We had one two years ago, before the store went out of business. When we first got the account, it was in/out every two weeks, $45 per visit. That lasted about a year until a new manager came in and dropped us to once a month (price stayed the same). Maybe six months after that they dropped us completely because they needed to cut cost. Obviously it wasn’t enough and the building still sits empty.
We used to service a couple. They are doing it in house now. Times were tight for them. Good luck. Let us know. It might mean things are starting to change for them. I don’t have any pics but we did in/out $70 no french panes, CS about 20 of them.
I’ve eaten at Bob Evens in Lancaster PA, like 3 times. Does that count?
If I remember right, they had at least this many windows…
I might charge $65 in/out if no French panes.
But I think most have lots of French panes.
