About to pull the trigger and get responsibid

Not being rude but you literally just said you don’t do packages and now you go I have 2 packages lol

Well, you got me, but “packages” are the terms that Responsibid uses. Hopefully you got the gist of what I was saying.

I will totally admit that I had Responsibid for almost a full year before I put it on my website and started using it. I fiddled with it behind the scenes forever, overthinking everything, and doubting it will work the way I want. The back end was confusing and there was so much that can be implemented and tweaked. I am not a very tech savvy person so it was easy for me to get overwhelmed.

All I can say is one day I was sitting around with another window cleaner friend at the Huge Convention and we opened up my Responsibid and started over. He helped me simplify my thinking and all of a sudden it just clicked.

Sure, there was some trial and error with customers, but it’s like anything new. There’s a learning curve. You learn from your mistakes and you figure out how to minimize the customer mistakes.

One year+ in how is Responsibid doing for you?

i have been using quoteflare for several years, we use it for all quotes except very weird or very large. i love it.

the main reason i went with quoteflare was better customization. i use the package builder. i can add screens or tracks or what ever at a percent or by count with different prices for different counts.
example:
2000 sqft house base price outs only 125 plus 3 high reach inside panes add 3x $3
same house but inside and outside 250 plus 3 high rech inside window add 3x$12 package shows
inside outsde and tracks 250 add 3x$12 add $40 tracks

i can have different prices for the same size house based on bungalow 2 storey split etc.
i can go by straight pane count if i want

i can make up my own questions answers and values
