thats funny. I plan to sell in 5-10 years and move somewhere a little cheaper. Now that I know I can make more 
doing the exact same thing I might put that plan on the fast track. Rent has doubled to trippled here in the last 5-10 years. Where I’m at you can make 60-100k and after rent, the cost of supporting a family, and general expenses you’ll break even at the end of the year.
Maybe ill move to Florida😁… You guys have an ocean out there. Whats the cost of living like? Being a big retirement area I would think its similar.
