The XERO warranty we have in place offers a no headaches, no fine print, and no questions asked warranty with any purchase of a XERO Water Fed Pole. That means that whether you purchase the Micro Series, Pro Series or Destroyer Series, we have you covered. We promise 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which is backed by a simple and straightforward "No Questions Asked Warranty!" There is a twelve-year warranty on clamps and a twelve-year warranty on all XERO Poles, regardless of whether it is standard Carbon Fiber, High Mod or Ultra High Mod. Need technical help? A section broke? If there is a problem, just reach out to us and we will get it fixed as soon as possible. We know how important it is to have equipment that just works.

Issues are typically rare but if you are having a problem with your XERO Pole, you can always submit a warranty form or get in touch with us. Please keep in mind you must be the ORIGINAL owner of the pole to be eligible to submit a warranty, your information must match the original order placed with us. We have a dedicated staff of waterfed pole specialists waiting to help. We will personally make sure the problem is fixed. We will get back to you as quickly as possible once you fill out a warranty form so you can be up and working in the field again.
** We can not cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the USA. We can cover the parts and send them to you but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out.
** Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.
** Damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or intentional abuse are not covered under the warranty terms.
