What is the pocket that you have that you put it in?
We have several pouch options this track cleaner would fit comfortably in. The Moerman Side Kit, and the Ettore Scraper Pouch are both great choices.

Would using this on the frame of the window work really well? Or should I use a different tool to clean the frames/sill.
This is a great tool for cleaning especially dirty sills and frames to get the bulk of the dirt, grime, bugs, etc... But it does really depend on how dirty the frames and sills are. Regardless, this is a great tool to have handy for a pre-clean to save your scrubbers and towels from being too gunked up too fast.
