I am looking to add this y adapter to our waterfed pole and use the y adapter to attached a xero contact scrubber. We currently updated all of our brushes with the xero fastlocks and the screw that comes with the fattlocks are too short to add the y adapter on. When purchasing the y adopter will it come with the longer 10/32 bolt to make it all work together?

Yes, there is a longer screw included that is suitable for the fast lock.
