How do I know if I need the small or large?
Hi Sullys! It depends which pole you have, and which collar you need to replace. If you have a 2 section optiloc, you need the small. If you have the 3 section, you would need one of each (if you were replacing both.) The small is the one closer to the pole tip, for reference.

I also need the parts that it tightens to. Do those come with or are they sold separately?
They come sold seperately. Search "stone" and "collar".
