I purchased this replacement brush set for my Xero screen cleaner. When I insert new brushes they will not lock in place. So when I flip cleaner upside down the slide out. I can't figure out what I'm not doing right.
Hi there! When replacing the screen cleaner bristles, we do recommend crimping the the tops of the tracks a tiny bit just to lock those back in place.
