Does this Pulex end cone fit on Ettore poles And if so, can you fit a Stevo’s pad holder on it?

This cone does kind of fit the Ettore Poles, however, it is a little difficult as it is a very snug fit and the pins for the Ettore Pole tip must be removed. The Techno Pad DOES fit via pressure fit on the Pulex End Cone. 

What is the diameter of the Pulex End Cone accessory which fits into the extension pole and which lamb wool washer or squeegee fits onto it? Thank you.
