About the Petzl Vertex Helmet

The VERTEX combines serious protection with genuine all-day comfort, built for professionals working both at height and on the ground.

The fit system stands out: a six-point textile suspension adapts to head shape, CENTERFIT lets you center the helmet using two side adjustment wheels, and FLIP&FIT positions the headband low for a secure, locked-in feel that folds neatly into the shell when packed away.

The unventilated outer shell guards against molten metal splash, flames, and electrical hazards. The DUAL chinstrap switches between high-strength mode for work at height (reducing the risk of losing the helmet in a fall) and low-strength mode for ground work (reducing strangulation risk if snagged). Shock absorption is handled through deformation of the outer shell.

Fully modular, the VERTEX is compatible with eye shields, face shields, hearing protection, nape protectors, headlamp mounts, and more. Fits head circumferences of 53–63 cm (21–25 in).
