About the Petzl JAG Rescue Kit

When someone needs to be rescued, every second counts. The JAG RESCUE KIT makes sure you're ready to move. This complete, ready-to-use reversible rescue kit is designed to pick off and lower a victim quickly and efficiently, with everything you need already packed and pre-rigged in a BUCKET bag.

The heart of the kit is the JAG SYSTEM haul kit, which delivers a 4:1 mechanical advantage so you can raise a victim with a fraction of the effort. A flexible cover on the JAG SYSTEM reduces the risk of tangling, so when you need it, it's ready. Once the victim is free, the I'D EVAC descender takes over, giving you smooth, controlled lowering with a handle designed specifically for evacuation. It also features an anti-panic function; if you pull too hard on the handle, it automatically brakes and stops the descent, keeping things safe even under pressure. The rope comes pre-installed in the closed brake, so there's no setup delay when it matters most.

The kit includes everything you need: the JAG SYSTEM haul kit, a RING OPEN gated ring, the I'D EVAC descender, a CONNEXION FIXE 150 cm anchor strap, and an AXIS 11 mm rope with two sewn terminations, all with a working load limit of 550 lbs (250 kg). Available in three rope lengths: 30 m, 60 m, and 120 m. Each version comes with an appropriately sized BUCKET bag (15, 30, or 45 liters) to keep everything organized and ready to deploy at a moment's notice.
