About the Petzl Bucket Rope Bag

The Petzl Bucket Rope Bag is a freestanding rope storage solution built for pros who demand durability, accessibility, and reliability on the job. Available in three sizes (15L, 30L, and 45L) and three colors (yellow, red, and black), there's a Bucket for every job size. The 15L handles up to 45 meters (148 ft) of 11mm (7/16 in) rope, the 30L holds up to 115 meters (377 ft), and the 45L can handle up to 190 meters (623 ft). No matter which size you choose, the Bucket stands upright on its own and holds its shape even when empty, so you're never fighting a collapsed bag to feed rope through.

Built from high-strength TPU tarp material that is PVC-free, UV resistant, oil and grease resistant, water resistant, and chlorine-free with no lingering odor, this bag is made to handle regular to intensive use without cracking, fading, or giving out after a hard season.

Inside, two loops secure both rope ends for quick ID, while four additional loops let you rack gear or connect a Petzl TOOLBAG pouch. A roll-top closure keeps moisture out, and an external zippered pocket plus exterior marking area keep you organized on busy job sites. Two large handles make carrying easy, and the 30L and 45L add adjustable padded shoulder straps for back transport. All three sizes are rated to 50 kg (110 lbs).
