It is lightweight and moves up and down vertical lifelines easily, providing the user with continuous fall protection. In the event of a fall, this rope grab engages its lock instantly, saving the user from injury or death while scaling skyscrapers or climbing.

Its compact design is constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a minimum tensile strength of 3,600 pounds and can support up to 22 kilonewtons when secured to an anchorage independent of the worker's platform.
