Do you have pads that are less fine. I want to use them to touch up burnished floors. Used a3 or 4 orininally.

What grit steel wool are this pads? Do you have it on 0000 or higher?
These pads are super fine 0000

do I need some kind of a adapter for drill
Search "JFlint Backing Plate for Pads". You should be using an angle grinder and not a drill.

are these pads reusable?
No, once they are used, the product will dry on them, making them disposable.
