Gemtor's reusable roof anchor also features a dimensionally correct connection point that attaches to the roof using 16d double-headed nails or #8 x 3 1/2" long wood screws. The anchor is designed to be removed when the job is done and can be reused after inspection. It has an industrial construction, a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs, and is OSHA-compliant.
