Can I use it to get soot and grease off of a metal roof of a restaurant?
EBC Degreaser and Multipurpose Cleaner should be an excellent choice for this purpose!

Can EBC Degreaser be used on Alucobond and ACM panels? Can it be used on stainless steel?
Since this is formulated for both aluminum and stainless steel, this would be a great option for you! As always, whenever working with a new chemical, we strongly suggest that you test a small area for desired results before a full application.
