Product Directions
Dilution ratio: For soft water, use a dilution of 1:2000. For medium water use a dilution of 1:1500. For hard water use a 1:1000 dilution. For very hard water use a 1:500 dilution.
- Dilute the product in water according to the recommended dilution ratio.
- Wait 20 minutes for the product to act. For faster results, stirring the water is recommended.
- If you wish to use WSA with other Chemitek products, you must dilute said product in the water already treated with the product.

Can this ne added to a regular bucket of water for window cleaning in the traditional squeegee method?
Chemitek solutions are specifically for cleaning solar panels and we would not recommend this for cleaning windows. If you are looking to clean windows with softer water, we would recommend investing in a pure water system.

If I’m adding this to a 50 gallon water tank, how much of the solution is needed per gallon?
You would first need to know the TDS of the water you are treating so you know which ratio to adjust. If you are working with very hard water, you would need 12.8 fluid ounces to your 50 gallon tank of water. Please note this solution is measured in liters, so the ratios in this example are 1:500 liters.

So this would be used for soft washing mass panels and softening the hard water from the hydrant that’s in the water tanks on trailers?
The Chemitek Water Softening Agent is for mixing into the hard water within the tank, as it needs some time to activate and treat the water.
