AWC contributor Mark E. Battersby explores the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015, otherwise known as PATH. He explains that many of PATH's provisions apply to 2015 transactions and the staggered expiration dates for many of these tax benefits make professional assistance almost mandatory.
