OSHA posted a notice in the Federal Register seeking comments on the proposed new OSHA rules for slips, trips, and falls from working surfaces. The new rules would encompass ladders, stairs, lifts, fall protection, scaffolds, and RDS. AWC contributor Gary Mauer is here to discuss the changes and give his opinion.
