The XERO Warranty - Systems

We understand that it is no easy decision to invest in a pure water system. It is a costly investment and we understand how that can sometimes make customers uneasy. Ultimately, we want you to be able to buy with 100% confidence! The XERO warranty we put in place on all systems offers no headaches, no fine print, and no questions asked.  Whatever XERO Pure Water System you purchase, we have you covered.

We promise 100% Satisfaction Guarantee when you buy a XERO purification system from Window Cleaning Resource. There is a twelve-year warranty on all parts of either XERO system, not including the RO membrane. This warranty will be void if the system is modified. We also won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over or breakage in transit. The warranty will only cover defective parts due to normal wear and tear which is something we will determine when evaluating your warranty form submission. Rusted parts caused by chemicals are also not included in the warranty. If you have any questions, fill out a warranty form and we would be happy to discuss it with you further.

If you are having a problem with your XERO system, you can always submit a warranty form and we can determine how we can help and what we can do for you exactly. Please keep in mind you must be the ORIGINAL owner of the system to be eligible to submit a warranty, your information must match the original order placed with us. To move the warranty claim along make sure you fill out all sections of the form and be as descriptive as possible. Once we get the details we need, we will make sure the problem is fixed as long as the damage is covered under the warranty. We will make the process as quick and painless as possible so you can get your system back to work!

** We can not cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the mainland USA. We can cover the parts and send them to you but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out.

** Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.

** Please also note that any damage caused by your system freezing, tipping, or falling, will not be covered under this warranty.
**Damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or intentional abuse are not covered under the warranty terms
