When faced with a client whose building was filled with louvered windows, Søren’s main competitor refused the job, knowing how time-consuming it would be. Søren, however, saw an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
As he worked through the challenging job, Søren kept asking himself a simple question: There has to be an easier way. In search of a solution, he bent a squeegee channel into a U-shape, allowing him to clean the panes in a single swipe. That innovation became the Sörbo Tricket, and it marked the beginning of Sörbo Products.
Sörbo Products started in1973. Søren continued working as a window cleaner, and every challenge he encountered in the field inspired a new solution. His first invention, the Tricket, was soon followed by additional tools that he designed, manufactured, and patented—each created to make window cleaning faster, easier, and more efficient for professionals everywhere.
