XERO waterfed poles are one of a kind! Enjoy our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a straightforward "No Questions Asked Warranty!" There is a twelve-year warranty on clamps as well as on all XERO Poles, regardless of whether it is standard Carbon Fiber, High Mod, or Ultra High Mod.

Please note that we can NOT cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the USA. If you are located outside of the United States, we can cover the parts and send them to you but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out. Also, please note that the warranty is non-transferable.

XERO purification systems have the best warranty in the industry. When you purchase any of the XERO Pure Water Systems, you are in good hands. Enjoy a "no questions asked warranty" that covers all parts of the system for twelve years, except for the RO membrane. 

This warranty will be void if the system is modified. We won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over or breakage in transit.
